On Saturday, October 5, 2019, Rotterdam United Methodist Church will hold our 4th Annual Fall Festival. It will take place from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. at 1915 Helderberg Ave (the location is at the corner of Helderberg and Curry Roads). This event will occur rain or shine. The festival will take place throughout the church and its grounds. There is plenty of free parking available and our building is handicap accessible by lift to the main floor.
The cost for each outdoor space (16 ft. X 25 ft.) is $25. Each vendor is asked to provide a table, chairs, and overhead covering (in case of inclement weather). The charge for an indoor space (8 ft table) is $35. Each indoor space rental is located in the lower level of the church and includes a table and two (2) chairs.
To register, please fill out and sign our registration contract and return it along with your check or money order [payable to Rotterdam UMC] as soon as possible. Spaces will be filled based on vendors who return their signed contract and payment first. To keep variety at our festival we will not accept more than one of each type of vendor/crafter. Please confirm first with the list below to ensure that your craft/company is not already represented at this year’s event.
